Should I renovate my house or sell it? It is the most common question I hear from homeowners in Winter Park, and the honest answer is: it depends on what you are ultimately trying to accomplish. Once we get clear on that, the renovation question mostly answers itself.

If your next chapter involves a different neighborhood, a lakefront address, or less square footage, selling might serve you better than a beautiful kitchen you only enjoy for eighteen months.
